Program Assist Software System (PASSŪ) Dynalab's Program Assist Software System (PASSŪ) unlocks the full potential of Dynalab XL Series Circuit Analyzers. PASSŪ 6.0 generated programs can be downloaded to any Dynalab Circuit Analyzer. Programs are transferred from Analyzer to Analyzer using the DynaCard II memory cartridge. Entering data into PASSŪ 6.0 is quick and simple. This powerful, software package provides a variety of ways to create Analyzer programs using a PC. Wire harness data can even be imported from CAD software packages to automatically create PASSŪ files. PASS 6.0 uses the actual names of the harness parts (i.e. Connector "P53-A") to program the harness. Programs using these names are faster to create and easier to modify at a later date. The Analyzer also displays these names when an error is detected, allowing the operator to quickly and easily locate the problem. This minimizes both frustration and testing time.   Accurate and Reliable      PASSŪ 6.0 collects test information about the cable assemblies using simple tables, allowing the programmer to: Program the cable assembly using the names of connectors, pins, wires and wire colors. Program directly from the print. PASSŪ 6.0 uses this data to automatically create the point to point test. Specify pass/fail criteria for components such as diodes, resistors, capacitors, or even a simple wire.   Complete Control      PASSŪ 6.0 provides access to the program's test Sequence, making it possible to: Control which tests are performed and how errors are displayed, output or stored. Test multiple cable assemblies or only part of a cable assembly. Read inputs from the keypad, Analyzer test points, or serial ports. Send data to printers or computers. Activate external devices using Analyzer control signals.
